You'll pass interesting sights along both sides of the Mekong river. On one side of the river, you have the bustle of Phnom Penh with tall commercial buildings and on the other bank you'll look out over the traditional countryside with Buddhist pagodas and newer constructions. Sip a beer or enjoy a glass of wine, while passing by local villages where local fishermen moor their traditional boats and cook, sleep, and watch TV in their beds. Get off the boat and explore the nearby night market where you can enjoy live music, local grocery and clothing stores, and pubs and restaurants along the riverside. You'll return back to your hotel on your own arrangements whenever you're ready to go to bed.
